How to do Color Changer via brush?
I love the accuracy of the Color Changer tool! However, is there a way to do a color change via brush rather than selection?

Not that I know of, although the Change to Target Brush will alter a colour to a certain extend, but it doesn't 'exchange' a colour for another one.
You could make a selection of the part of the image you want to change, then change the Hue in Hue/Saturation/ Lightness. I usually promote the Selection to New Layer when I do that.
Or use MV Plugins' Color Replacer.
