Corel does not make plugins but does sometimes offer them as extras with PSP Ultimate editions; things like Nik Color Efex Pro 3, KPT and Perfectly Clear. Which plugin are you looking for?

You will be limited to plug-ins that are created as 64-bit compatible. Since I use plug-ins a lot I have installed both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of PSP X6. I rarely use the 64-bit version and have reserved for large memory intensive files only.
