Adjust > Hue and Saturation > Hue Saturation and Lightness and tick the Colourise box.
Effects > Photo Effects > Black and White Film
Effects > Photo Effects > Infra Red Film
Effects > Plugins > Nik Software > Colorefex Pro 3.0 > BW conversion
