PSP X6 Won't Install

I am trying to install my PSX6 from a download I purchased. I read through the licensing agreement. I click I accept the terms and conditions. But it won't allow me to hit the next button. The next button is does not seem to be linked to anything. I don't know if I am doing something wrong or what....

Please help!
