Why can't I open my VS X7?

Hello！It is my first topic here, if I make any mistake ,please forget it, thanks.
I installed VS X7 yesterday successfully，but when I click the icon，it just pop up a blank window like the photo below. Could anyone teach me how to deal with this problem?
My product is VS X7 Pro free trial,thank you very much!
