I'm not sure what's going on. I've never had this problem before. I just got the new Godzilla Bluray from Criterion and when I try to play it I get a pop up window that says "You may need to update some modules to playback new titles. Please note that an internet connection is required to proceed with the update. Select 'Yes' to connect to the Corel website to check for the latest updates." I click yes and I get a webpage that says the following: "Ticket 1838192, R13 Cannot find product or more than two same products in the db Submit Product Information* to request for Technical Support. " It will do this every time I try to play the disc. Anyone know what I should do? I don't think I can contact technical support at this point, since I'm out of warranty.

UPDATE: OK, I now realize I should just be clicking no and that my disc will play but at this point I'm now interested in why the page clicking yes takes me to does not have more user friendly information. This is a pretty clumsy design.
