Can't install Paint Shop X6

I have just purchased the full version of Paint Shop X6. On installing it seems to be "doing things" and after perhaps 20 seconds a small box appears with the title "Setup" and an X in the upper-right corner. Else it is an empty box about 2 inches tall and 3 inches wide. I noticed no hard drive activity at this point. After about three or four minutes I clicked on the X in the upper-right corner and a message box said "Are you sure you want to cancel Corel PaintShop Pro X6 installation?". I clicked the NO option and waited some more. No hard drive activity. I waited more. Finally decided the installer had frozen and clicked on the X and aborted the install. Started over, increased the wait time, finally gave up. Customer support seems to require a ticket but I have no idea how to get a ticket. If I can't install the program I will of course be getting my money back and free to tell how Corel has acted. Getting a response is difficult. - Jim Tonne
