Rights to use the audio supplied with VS Pro 4X

Me and two other guys have a youtube channel with over 170 videos right now. Just the other day, we got an email from YouTube questioning our rights to use the 8 seconds of audio in our video intro and have the video be monetized.. The audio was part of the VideoStudio Pro 4X program.

I tried to convey that to YouTube, but they still insist that I prove I have the right to use that in a monetized video.

Has anyone else run across this or know how I can clear this up with YouTube?

I tried contacting Corel directly, but all that I could get out of them is that they no longer support that version of VS.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ADDITIONAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO USERS OF CLIPART, STOCK PHOTO IMAGES, VIDEO CONTENT, AUDIO CLIPS, FONTS AND SAMPLE CONTENT: Our Software may contain or provide access to clipart, photo images, video content, audio clips (collectively referred to as the "Images or Clips"), software data files that render typeface designs when used in conjunction with appropriate hardware and software (for example only, without limitation,.ttf or .otf files) referred to as “Font Software”, and the graphic rendering generated by the Font Software referred to as “Font Output” and sample content such as forms, templates, "tubes", “creatures” or similar items (collectively referred to as the "Sample Content") that are either owned by Us or licensed from a third-party.
