PaintShop X6 Pro don´t work anymore. Total Crash.

About a mounth ago, my copy of PS stoped working, crash on start up, crash if you try to open from a pic, don´t accept to reinstal and windows (8 pro) say that it incompatible... it worked well still them, and I really don´t know what I can do now.

If you try to start you receive a mensage that it crashed:

If I try to reinstall it, it give me this mensage and stop.

When I run windows problem solution it say that the program isn´t compatible (??) and I used it for mounths now...

there are something I can do? I using my old PS X5 but I really need to work on my pics,and a lot of my scripts are on X6 now.

Well, frankly (and sorry)...I don't have a clue about what is wrong. However, about issues like this, I have found Corel Support to be helpful....even without a purchased "warranty." Log into your account and there is a tab for contacting support. Click on "Submit your question" and I think they will try and help you. The one time I had an instillation question (or re-instillation actually) they were helpful without charge.....so I'd try there. Of course, the folks on this site are pretty darn good too! Questions like this are discouraging...so good luck!

Muito estranho! Have you thought about upgrading your Win 8 to 8.1? I ask since I have X6 working perfectly on 8.1 Pro 64 bit.

I also find it rather strange that your second image shows an error message relating to both Vista and Internet Explorer 9 (when the current version of IE is 11...) Did you have Vista installed on your computer before Win 8?

No, I had windows 7 installed, but never had Vista (had XP too, but it was a lot of time ago, when i build this computer, I think I used it only to instal the 7 upgrade later and them instal the others softwares on it).
About to upgrade to 8.1, i really don´t want to do it, because several programs will stop working, like PS X4 and Nik addon (at least the advisor say it will stop).
I tryed to instal updates to it too to see if it will helps, but it say that I don´t need them (I had it upgrade before it stoped working) Maybe some windows upgrade give me problems...

Oh, the x64 version don´t work too, I didn´t use it much (I have some plug-ins that work only on x32 and I use them a lot to do my works).
