Image Title and Description

Although I have Corel Paint Shop Pro 5, I prefer to do most of my work in my old Jasc Paint Shop Pro 9. I just tried entering the Title and the Image Description (via Image Information/Creator Information). When I Save, Exit and re-open the image, I see that it has saved the Description but not the Title.

I can apparently use Corel PSP5 to successfully save the Title but then I can't edit and save in Jasc 9 without losing the Title.

Any recommendations?

There is not a Corel PaintShop Pro 5, it was still JASC back then which is way back before JASC 9 was released.

or do you really mean you have PaintShop pro X5, that is version 15 which is much newer.

Not many software programs will work backwards

Anything you do in 9 should work in X5 (15)

but the reverse is not true , not only of PaintShop but in many other programs , something which works in X5 (15) may not work at all in 9

If you save (Save As or F12) an image in PSPX6 or before, in .pspimage format, then click on Options, you'll get a dropdown menu to save the file as backwards compatible, going back to PSP5.
