So far so good, but....

Post by Rich2Putt »

My last version is VSx2 and been using it on & off for the last few years. I've recently downloaded the trial version of VSx7 Pro. So far I'm enjoying it.

My question with the trial is:

1) There is only 4 music selections?
2) When I'm ready to create a title (prior to burning) I can only find 4 titles to choose from? I did choose "all" but still only 4 titles.

Thanks,
Rich

Hi Rich

Earlier versions of VS provided a cut down version of the program, fully functioning but with less templates. Maybe X7 is the same?
This reduced the file size and the download times

The full program is approx 2 Gb, how large is your trial file?

When you refer to Titles are you meaning the Menu Templates in the burner module?

Hi Lata,

The trial size is 1.26gb, 16,732 files and 1,764 folders.

Yes, the Titles I need is the Menu Templates in the burn mode. I tried locating them in my VSx2 to transfer them in VSx7 but I had no luck.

One of the Menu Templates from VSx2 was named 05_vs_one S03.

Regards,
Rich

Hi

Yes nice menu, that is provided with the purchased version.
The menu template files for X2 VS12 are here:-
C:\Program Files (x86)\Corel\Corel VideoStudio 12\Content\Menu Template\16x9\One Scene Button

Copy 05vs_OneS03_W.ufo and the associated ini file to.
C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel VideoStudio Ultimate X7\Content\Menu Template\16x9\One Scene Button

I assume you are working with widescreen 16 : 9, hence the W in the name.
And that the download is 64 bit version, otherwise look in C:\Program Files (x86)\.............

It seems to work ok, I have just copied it across, now I have two versions.
