Can someone please tell me how to install SP2. All I get is a dinky little window and when I accept the license agreement,
the update button is greyed out.

What is your full build number. Mine -- with SP2 loaded -- is 16.2.0.20. Maybe you already have it loaded...? (though Corel usually has some dinky message saying the version number cannot be determined so installation does not proceed...)
