COREL VSX 7 install error

I have downloaded the trial version of Corel VSX 7. when i installing, a message appears and I told me to uninstall the previous version of VS. after i uninstall the previous version of corel VS, and try to installing VSX 7 again, the message was still apear, and I can not install it until now. please help me.... my previous VS version is X6

Very strange because installing a trial version does not normally ask you to un-install previous versions - you can usually run the trial while keeping all your previous versions installed - then if you are not happy with the trial you just uninstall it and carry on with your previous versions.

Have you re-installed X6 now ?

Sorry you are having problems installing the program.
When you see the message “to uninstall the previous version of VS” it is referring to the same version you are trying to install VS X7, not X6
You can install X7 with earlier versions installed, you do not need to uninstall X6

Please download the Cleanup attachment below, this should clean your pc of any leftover X7 files

Then try to install the program , you may be best installing X6 first to get your program working correctly. Then try X7.

thanks for the info. but i never install this version before... i have already try the cleanup tool, but the instalation is still error

Hi

Have you tried downloading the trial again just inn case you have a corrupt file.

When you run the file it extracts its contents to C:\Program Files (x86)\Corel\Corel VideoStudio X7 Setup Files, (or similar name) then uses these files to install the program.
You may be best to delete this folder before running the installation.
