Instant Project X7 Replacing Placeholders

Post by acecert »

Is there an easier way that I am unaware of to replace placeholders with video or a photo beside right clicking and selecting "replace clip"? This method is cumbersome because you have to navigate each time to the working folder and it doesn't give a preview of the picture or video like there is in the library. Is there an easier way to replace the placeholder with photos/video that are in the library? If a video or photo is dragged down from the timeline over a placeholder it simply inserts the picture/video between the existing placeholders as opposed to replacing the placeholder. Thanks for your help!

Hold down the "Ctrl" button as you drag and drop the clip over the placeholder
