PSP stop working with tubes

I have a problem when i try to open picture tubes. Sometimes i can' t open tubes.
I get a message saying "loading" as in image 1 but nothing happens.
Then i get a new message - image 2 -" runtime error"
I click OK and get a third message - image 3.

Image 3 says:
A problem caused the program stopped working properly.
The program will close and you will be notified if there's
any solution to the problem.

Sounds like your picture tube file may be corrupted. Do you have any problems with loading brushes, preset shapes? Have you loaded any new picture tubes into your folder. You may have to delete your picture tube folder (or move it to the desktop just in case) and redownload your picture tubes.
You might try doing a program reset - hold down the Shift key as you start your PSP program up.

I had no problem with other presets.
I moved all picture tubes from the folder.
Restarted PSP and put them back in the folder and now everything is OK.
