Hallo
I'm a brand new user of Ulead Gif animator Trial version
I created my first banner with this great program but I have a trouble
I saved as a gif file..... and it works but once I copy it to my msn group it doesn't work anymore.... Can anybody help me?

MSN Groups image postings allows GIF images, so you might try this:

After creating your GIF image in Animator, reopen the GIF image in Windows XP application named Paint, save the GIF with Microsoft’s Paint program and then try to place in the MSN Group.

I opened it in Win2000 in Paint but even there the banner doesn't works

I don’t have a problem saving a GIF in Animator and then opening it in any Browser and it working. I tried several GIFS to make sure, but was mistaken about Paint, it merges all layers of the GIF and won’t work. Sorry about that. Not enough coffee today!

You might try contacting the MSN Group Administrator, as they may only permit single layered GIFs as opposed to multi-layered animated GIFs.

You say you copy the GIF to the Group, and the GIF doesn’t work, does it display, just doesn’t animate?

Since your other apps can open the GIF, there is only one other possibility I can think of, that would be the Firewall. The Firewall may be set to block Pop-ups and animations, and as a result will not display your banner properly. Try turning off the Microsoft, or Norton Pop-up Blocker for a short time to test your animation.

If that doesn’t work I am at a loss. In that case you would have to contact Tech Support and see if they have a workaround.
