Explorer 8.5 - Unable to Delete and Reinstall
Upgraded from Photo Impact XL to 10 - Have been unable to get Photo Explorer 8.5 to open. Tried to remove and reinstall - will not allow me to do so - comes up with a message that tells me Photo Explorer is already on the system and I have to delete it before I can do anything. To try and get around this, I removed Photo Explorer from the program files - still get this message. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!

Contact Ulead Tech Support. They can guide you on a special procedure by which you can uninstall Photo Explorer.
