Can you tell us where your video came from as it may not necessarily be the same as the OP's... And can you please right click on one of the clips in the VS timeline and copy ALL its Properties here, or take a screen grab of the Properties box and upload it here as an Attachment.

As we seem to be having problems downloading the fix from the corel site I have uploaded files to my One Drive, you should be able to download from here….

There are several folders, the GH3 , and Latest Mov fix may contain the same file version. ulmp4lib.dll
The when trying to import contains instructions from the Corel site.
