VS7 download link expired

I was looking to download the 32 bit version but the email link from my original purchase has expired.

Ive looked at my online account with Corel but there doe not seem to be a way to get it from there either
any suggestions?

The email link had both versions available for download until 20/03.
I just didnt realise that the link had expired.

I presume I could have downloaded both versions up until the expiry date and chosen which ever one I wanted to install?

Well, if it is available try logging into "Your Account"

Go to Your Order Status and History
Click on Order No
Go to Software Purchased by Download
Here you should find VSX7 64 bit for download, if 32 bit is available it will also show.
However, I am not sure if the 32 bit bonus pack will be available

Ive tried this already.

There is nothing showing under "order status and history" just a link to "see all orders" which then goes to "products you have ordered" (which is blank) and a link to
"view previous orders" which is blank also.

I have registered the software and have a valid activation key via their Cleverbridge system.

Maybe if I download a trial 32bit version and use the activation key, this would work?

I don't think so. Previous versions have used a different system, with distinct SN, to activate the trial version. I don't know about X7 however...

A couple of forum people have indicated that they have used the 64 bit version, not liked it, uninstalled it, and installed the 32 bit version instead.
So how did these folks get both versions available to them?

FYI -

I ended up sending a support ticket to Corel and had them send me an email with new expiry dates for the download links.

Got my 32 bit versions now, just have to install

...and presumably you will make back-up copies of both the 64 and 32 bit version exe files...?
