Ok, have uninstalled the 64 bit version of X7 and installed the 32 bit version, then proceeded to install all my New Blue Packages, they have all installed and work correctly however, there are no images for them in the FX library. X6 shows the images
Anyone else notice this

The filters work fine when dragged onto clip, clicking on customize filter opens the New Blue dialog box and the filter can be adjusted as required, so it is fully functional.strange that in X6 there is an image in the thumbnail, but not in X7.
Premiere Elements 11 & 12 exhibit the same behavior, no thumbnail for any added plugins.
