I'm looking recover used space on my HDD.
I notice that SmartSound/QuickTracks is occupying almost 3GB of space.
C:/SmartSound Software = 488MB
C:/Documents and Setting/All Users/Application Data/SmartSound Software Inc = 2.48GB
In all my years of using VideoStudio, I've never ever used this SmartSound/QuickTracks within VideoStudio and have no desire to.
So what I want to know is - can I safely remove/un-install SmartSound/QuickTracks, and VideoStudio will continue work as usual minus the SmartSound/QuickTracks option?
Thanks.

Re: Corel VideoStudio & SmartSound QuickTracks
I suspect you might be the guinea pig for us on this. I don't recall anyone coming here saying they had done it. In theory, I think it should work, the way you propose doing it. But that being said, AFAIK there is no definitive proof that it will. I don't use SmartSound either, since I use its 'big brother' SonicFire Pro. But I am also not pressed for space on any of my computers...
