When to use Perfectly Clear Plug-In
If I'm going to use the Perfectly Clear (PC) plug-in with PaintShop Pro X6 Ultimate (for wildlife and landscapes), is it often best to use as soon in my work flow as possible? For JPEGs, that would be after cropping my original jpg. I think PC does what PSP's Smart Photo Fix does, so I would use it before noise reduction or sharpening. Any advice is appreciated.

Re: When to use Perfectly Clear Plug-In
Perfectly Clear is supposed to speedup your workflow by doing most of the common edits automagically. As such, it would seem to be an improved version of the PSPx6's Smart 1-click fix thingee. I would use it the first thing in the process and see if it gets you closer to what you want. Mess with its sliders if needed, particularly for the noise reduction.
Then, use PSPx6 for the rest of the changes....local tone mapping, touchups, etc. Then finally, use a sharpener... either High Pass sharpening, Unsharp Mask (but paying attention to the clipping so you don't sharpen the surface), or another plugin. Then yer done.
I havent tried the sharpener for PC yet so dunno how it stacks up. I use FocalBlade which Ive gotten good results with.
