Right now I am using 32 bit version and it is working well, so I don't want to mess with the installation and/or files.
I have installed the 64 bit version with two different downloads and in each uninstall I used the VS7 complete uninstall file mentioned elsewhere, so I do not see how re-installing the 64 bit version and following your suggestions above would help. If I am wrong on this belief please let me know.
