I've had another of those annoying crash dumps. And this time I sent it to Yvonne, bcc Ken. She sent a reply pretty quickly, and it included what Corel has done to resolve that "send to" named without email address issue that has annoyed everyone, especially those that got his or her hands on the ticket. So rather than summarise, this is the email thread that started and followed up (I'll trim off the headers), but read it in sequence which i've numbered. FYI

Hi Yvonne,
Thanks for the prompt reply. It was from a 32-bit build.
The info re what is being done about crash dumps is appreciated. I'll pass it on to the forum people . . .

Except there isn't any such address in the notice or on the Corel website. And we all seemed to have them - just raising the issue (see ticket 98 in the X7 test series) got everyone going quickly.
