easiest way to do secondary colour correction

Looking for some advice how to create an effect where the whole scene is in black and white except one object/person in the video which is in colour

Ive got VS7 ultimate but Im not sure if I have plugs ins that will do this easily or if VS7 can do this as well

I think what you are looking for is the New Blue Selective Color filter from the Video Essentials V package, however New Blue do not have as yet 64 bit installers so you would need to create in the 32 bit version or in VSX6, render, then import into VSX7. I have that filter and it works very efficiently. There does not appear to be any filter in the FX library that can do what you want.
