importing titles from VSX5 to VSX7
So, I have VSX7 (64 bit) now, after using VSX5 for a while. At sometime while using VSX5, I got some extra titles...I can't remember where I got them but I liked some of these. Now when I upgraded to 7 I see I have a lot less titles to choose from. My question is, how can I move those extra titles from 5 over to 7? In 7 I see that I can make a "custom" folder, and I think if I knew where to find the files in 5 I could just place them in that folder and that would do it.....Would the titles for VSX5 32 bit work in a 64 bit VSX7?

Open up VSX5 - drag all the titles you want to transfer down into the timeline.
Save as a project (titles ?)
Open VSX7 - open project 'titles'
drag all the titles from the timeline up into the 'Titles' library
32bit titles from X5 work in 64bit X7
The custom folder you can make is not a real folder - you cannot locate it on your computer - it is just and additional library pane that you need to import item to - but you do not need it for titles they will all go into the existing titles library using simple drag and drop.

Re: importing titles from VSX5 to VSX7
Unless you have moved things around on the titles library page, I have found that the last 20 titles listed there correspond with the extra ones added in X5. So I did as Brian has outlined and dragged all those 20 into a new project which I then opened in X7 and dragged them up into the titles window. Works just fine.
FWIW, I have also been in touch with Corel to suggest they make those titles directly available in the X7 Do More screen.
