hello i want to know if with video studio ultimate x7 can i stream from pc to tv (wireless) and if i can burn insert subtitles and burn them with the movie

Your questions are not really that clear on what you want to do.
You don't need VS to stream video from a PC to a WiFi enabled TV.
Your PC of course has to be WiFi enabled and also have server program installed.
