Hi there
How do i upgrade my version from X4 32bit to X7 64bit?
I just bought a upgrade key, as i changed from win7 32bit to win8 64bit
When i install my X4 on win8, lots of errors, so do i need to Install X4 before i install the X7 64bit?
Upgrade?

Owning X4 does not make you eligible for the upgrade price - to take advantage of the upgrade price you must have X5 or X6 on your computer - X4 is not valid.
If you purchased an upgrade key for X7 when you only own X4 I am afraid you need to use your support code to get back to Corel and explain what has happened and either ask for a refund - or pay the extra for the full version.
