I use my own web site because I cannot work out how to add images to this forum. Please remember that some of us are just 'users' not gurus, and some of us are senior citizens with more enthusiasm than ability.

...and some of us are senior citizens...
I suspect BrianCee, lata (Trevor) and I also think of ourselves as 'senior citizens'. I will turn 65 this year. And my motto is "It's better to be over the hill than under it!!"

Ken said: """ Have you looked in the FX window (the FX button being located to the immediate right of the preview screen in X6). That contains all the filters, and the one you are after is called Video Pan & Zoom """

The image shows all the filters under the FX option. "Video pan and Zoom" not found.

Click on the Adjust tab and you will find "Video Pan & Zoom" there, or under the "All" category, scroll down to the bottom of the filters and you will find it, second row up from bottom.

When you have dragged the filter onto the clip, on the right hand side of the screen at the bottom of the edit screen, you will see the word "Options" click on this tab, then click on "Photo" tab you will then see the options you require, if you do not see them, then you are in the "Attribute" Tab, so make sure you click on the Photo tab

There are two options in using Pan and Zoom one is by using a FX filter (Video Pan and Zoom)

The other option is used for images only from the Options Panel

Place an image on the timeline

Double click the clip to show the Options Panel right of preview screen (also opens using the chevron symbols far right.)

Choose the Photo Tab should show the Pan & Zoom as your X3 image.
The image you show (Resampling Options) does not require using the FX filters, it is used for Images not video.

Place an image in the timeline and double click to open the options panel, select the Photo Tab.
