As far as I can see PSP uses the fonts you have installed under Windows, so I'm guessing that's where you should be.

I have downloaded a lot of fonts that look good and saved them into a folder in My Documents / Documents . I called it My Fonts. Yeah original I know. I currently have 52 fonts in that folder yet all those are not installed in Windows or available from PSP.
I can use a free Font viewer program called FontRunner to view that folder without installing them. THis allows me to check out a large number of fonts to see if I want to use a particular one. When I want to use a font I double click it and it is then installed and becomes available in PSP. I currently have 207 fonts installed , some of which I have probably never used.

The problem comes with having too many fonts installed as that apparently starts to slow down your computer. See here:
http://www.online-tech-tips.com/windows ... s-7-fonts/

By using the control panel and going to your fonts there you can delete fonts and also reset to default set.
Then if you need a particular font use a font viewer to locate it , install it and use it. If after a period of time you no lonfger need it then remove it, but still keeping it available in your My fonts folder.

You have to be very careful with all these free sites for fonts etc as they gain advertising dollar by getting you to download other crapware.
I found a good link at :

Run Fontruner and you will see a navigation box top right. From memory it showed Desktop with a + sign to expand the navigation tree. You can then browse to the location of your fonts folder. This can be stored in your Documents folder or even a folder on your desktop.

I have been bitten by the font bug many times looking for a "perfect font" for one of my photo books or something. This may not help you, but I simply click on the font and it opens in Win (well TT fonts do, not sure of others.) As I download them, I sort of catagorize them, so I have a "font folder" broken down into Celtic, Medieval, Caps, Handwriting etc. etc. I have used a tool called Advanced Font Viewer in the past (although it costs) they also have a less costly tool called Font Manager. Have not tried that. When I got this program in 2009 it worked well. http://www.styopkin.com/
Adverts for Corel products when you close PSP don't bother me.
