How/Where can you sign up to be a part of Corel's Beta Program Testing of future PaintShop Pro versions? ORRR is it one of those things that you have to "apply" and get approved to join the program???

As the title says, this is a user to user board, run by volunteers.
Corel people don't appear here very often.
