I don't have a paid version of Noise Ninja. The built-in Noise Ninja is too aggressive for me mostly because I cannot denoise color noise separately.
I have been looking at Wavelet Denoise but I am confused by all the options.
What does the "Reduce S+P" mean? Reduce White/Black noise? When should I use it?
How do I use the "Edge Preview"?
What does the "Detail" slider mean?
How to use Wavelet Denoise?

Re: How to use Wavelet Denoise?
Thanks for the link. It seems what I have been doing is close to what is recommended (adjusting threshold and leaving detail 0). But I just can't seem to do better than stock Noise Ninja, at least not by much. It seems that with NN at 10. I need Wavelet Denoise at 15L/35C (+/- 10). And color, detail suffers.
