I keep getting the following message at startup of the program and locks me up from continuing. I have reinstalled program numerous times with no correction of problem. I have no problems with my Corel Paintshop Pro program or any other programs installed. Frustrating all around. Thaks for any assist in this issue. PTH
"The catalog: cachedb:c:/Program Files (x86)/Corel/Corel Aftershot pro/cache) cannot be locked and will not be opened."

You have an old lock file hanging around. Re-installing will not change that.
Go to the directory indicated and remove the lock file.
