Error Installing WinDVD Pro 11

I just bought WinDVD Pro 11. When I try to install it, I get an error during the InstallShield Wizard. It says:

"An error (-5011 : 0x8000ffff) has occured while running the setup.
Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications. If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor: Corel Corporation."

I restarted my computer and tried running it again. Same error. I also made sure all other applications were closed. I'm pretty frustrated since I just bought this and it looks like I wasted my money if it's not going to work.
