hello all I have a video file with these specifications ,when I trimmed this video and convert it to avi the audio doesn't match the video ,is there any solution for this problem please

The only way may be to split the audio and manually re-sync it - then render a new video.
Is the out of sync constant throughout - in which case you could just slide the sound block slightly
or does the amount of sync change throughout the video - in which case you may have to stretch (or contract) the sound track slightly to match.

It would also be very useful to know which flavour of .avi you were converting it to, and with what properties. You may not be aware that there are over 800 different (quite different) types of video which use the .avi extension. It is just a wrapper extension, apart from the original uncompressed .avi which is huge in size: one hour of video in it takes around 65 GB -- yes, that GB, not MB or KB.... And down from that are various degrees of compression.
I note that your original video is called avc but has a bitrate of only 1800 kbps, which tends to be very low so I assume it was not high def video. But where did it come from in the first place?
With this sort of information we might be able to suggest a better way of rendering which might avoid the out of syn audio and video...
