I don't know what I did but now every time I go to File>>open or ctrl o to open a file, or go to File>>save as, the window that opens is in full screen and there's no way to minimize it.
This only happens in PSP x6. I can open any other files with any other program and get small windows that can be moved around. I can't move the window in x6 or do anything to change it other then just closing it.
I'm using a Windows 8.1 computer.

Sounds like you may have inadvertently double-clicked on the title bar of that window. When the Open dialogue box is open, right-click on the title bar (top of the window) and select "restore" from the right-click menu. This works in Windows 7; not sure about Windows 8.1 as I've never used it.

Thank you so much. That worked.
