VideoStudio 8 Dual Layer Burner Question

Just downloaded version 8. It is not reconizing my dual layer burner.
Can any one help me?

Where did you download UVS 8 from? The ESD version should be V9.

I dowloaded it form the Disc, I bought last year. Maybe I sould have said uploaded not downloaded. I just got a new dual layer burner.
Is there a setting i need to change?
In the create a disc screen it only shows enough room to add a 4.7 gb of video.

There are a few patches that can be applied to
vs8 one of them supports duel layer burners you can find them [patches] at this address http://www.ulead.com/tech/vs/vs_ftp80.htm, i would have called it installed from disc
