I am very new to forums and don't really know how to use this. So, please forgive me if I get it wrong.
I am using PSP X5. The box at the top that contains the undo arrow has disappeared. Now, when I want to undo something, I have to go to Edit and then undo. Can anyone tell me how to get this undo box back?
Thank you in advance for any help that you can give me.

Well you could try reloading your workspace if you have saved it. If not, you can also reset the preferences. Another way is to right click the toolbar in a blank area and select "customize"---click on that, then go down to Edit and click on that, select undo and drag it where you want it on the toolbar. As an aside, once you customize your workspace and other areas it is a good idea to save it....File/Workspace/Save. Then you can always get back your "look" anytime you want it. As much as I like PSP it occasionally decides to do things without consulting me..... such as change my tools or preferences or something!!
Adverts for Corel products when you close PSP don't bother me.

Hi jebo-22,
Because of your question I'll assume you haven't customized your workspace / toolbars / menus. At least not on purpose. I use X4, but X5 shouldn't be too different.
First, check if the Standard toolbar is activated. The undo arrow is on that one:
Menu View/Toolbars... Make sure Standard is checked. If not, click on Standard and it should show up, including Undo.
If Standard IS checked and you don´t see the bar (it includes New, Open, Scan etc) you can try showing all toolbars/palettes (maybe you accidentally moved something off screen)
Menu File/Preferences/Reset preferences... , Click the last option, Make all toolbars/palettes visible on screen.
If not, it looks like something in the workspace got changed, accidentally or program quirk. You can reset (parts of) your workspace to default (settings after install):
Menu File/Preferences/Reset preferences...
Check ´Reset workspace to default configuration´ and click on OK.
If that doesn´t work, try Delete all cache files.
If that hasn't done it, close PSP and then hold down the shift key while you restart it. PSP will ask if you want to restore defaults (or something like that). Click yes and it'll start as it was directly after you installed. That should bring up the toolbar/undo button.
Good luck
