bought version x3 stops and asks for a reinstall

The version X3 worked yesterday just before I closed my pc.
When I started it up this afternoon it said the file was corupt. I needed to install it again.

That's what I did but the version says that it is a false version, so it is seen not bought but theft.

I buy my software legal as it is, but I can't put up my problems to the department. I feel abused!
Anybody that can help?

Did you purchase X3 from another person? You can't purchase X3 from Corel any longer, so would have had to have been somewhere else.
The possibility is, the version X3 is registered to another person. PSP cannot be deregistered and sold on to another person. Corel want you to purchase a new version or update.
Your version sounds to me as if it is a pirate version.
