Auto Music and Smart Sound

In the trial version of VS9 auto music and smart sounds worked okay. Now that I bought the full version the options are greyed out. I cannot search for them using the smart sound quicktracks button. I unistalled and repaired VS9. I also installed Quick Time again as well as the smart sound software and still do not have the option. The sounds are on my hard drive, but I cannot import them to VS9. Does anyone know what could be wrong? Thanks for any help in advance.
