Help - X4 Registration screen problem

Hi, I recently installed the X4 version that I bought awhile ago, but never got to install. Now that I did install it, every time I run it I get the registration screen with nothing to fill out and no buttons to press, see attached. How do I get rid of it? Apparently I no longer qualify for support since I bought it over two years ago...

Some additional information: II tried re-installing the product and noticed that this screen only started to appear beginning with SP3.
