Can't Install MF4 - error -6005

I downloaded MF4.

I was running MF3 with no problem. I successfully ran and installed dmf4_upgadv_e.exe.

When I try to run dmf4_contnet.exe to install it, I get an installshield error, -6005. The file is the correct size.

I am running W2k Pro. I did the "Cleanup Disk" thing and ensured no files, hidden or otherwise, are in any of my temp folders.

What else could be be wrong?
