When I start a new project and select an installed audio file, the program crashes.
What to do?

Can you confirm that by the term "installed audio file" you mean one of the audio files supplied with VideoStudio - or was it installed by some other programme or Windows.

Installed Audio File: files supplied with Video Studio.
It does the same thing with any mp3 that I upload.
