Hello everybody
I have bought VideoStudio Pro X6 last year, successfully registered and activated - then used so far without any problems.
About five weeks ago i had to reinstall Windows 7 and therefore downloaded VideoStudio Pro X6 again from my account at http://www.corel.com/corel/
After 30 days of using it the message appeared that it would be time to activate the product.
But when I entered the serial-number i got the message, that "this number is already activated".
After that there is no more possibility to use the programm but to contact the customer service (by phone) - but no way to get anyone to speak, the phone is busy the whole day.
Paying money by using the priority-support - the only solution for me ?!?
I appreciate any kind of helping !
