Re: No Color pallet for Color Changer tool
What do you mean you can't find it?
In the View menu go View -> Palettes -> Materials
It has a shortcut key of F6.
I cover the basics of the materials palette in this old video if you need a more visual approach - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9GEAvbcWi4

If after all of that you still can't see it, you can try one of two crazy options.
First is to use the Reset Preferences dialog to force all toolbars and palettes to become visible on the screen.
File -> Preferences -> Reset Prferences. Select the bottom option "Make all toolbars/palettes visible on the screen." and hit OK.
Do you see it now?
If not, this next one will reset your workspace to factory defaults.
Close PSP.
Then hold the shift key while double clicking on the PSP icon. It'll ask if you want to reset the workspace. Say yes. Go back to the edit screen, if you still don't see the palette trying using the View menu or the shortcut key described above to make it visible.
If the PSP Learning Center palette is open, try closing it.
In the View menu go View -> Palettes -> Materials
