PSPx5 plugin problem

I downloaded a trial of Eye Candy 3.1 Special Edition for a lesson I'm doing. It didn't complete the step until I purchased it. I deleted the plugin from my PSP/Plugin folder, but it still shows up in Effects/Plugins/Eye Candy 3.1.
I've deleted from my PSP plugin folder and also I went to ALL my folders on my C\ drive and deleted all references to this plugin. It is still there in the Effects list. How do I get rid of it? I've searched all the Knowledgebase and there is nothing there to help me. :evil:

got that issue fixed but now a new one. I get following message:
Unable to open or create settings for EYECAND3.INI
I went to properties and made sure I had all parts set to all checked. I still cannot use this plugin.
