Deleting inactive usernames/email addresses

With the recent faulty board software i have used my two valid email addresses to register as a new user - but not received a validatoin email both times.

Now both log-ins are inactive, I can't activate them, I can't use the email addresses on a different user name, and I can't contact the moderator/administrator.

I'm using my wife's email address now - but that's not going to work for long.

What can I do ????
