Super widescreen
I want to create a super widescreen (cinemascope etc.) trailer out of a 16:9 clip. I can add black bars on top and bottom via keying. Then add a Pan and Zoom filter, and by customizing this filter I can adjust, if needed some vertical shift. This works well but it would be very much easier if I could bloc the horizontal shift and also “see” my bars position while verifying my result in the customizing pane. Is the a better/easier way to get the super widescreen effect?
