Problems exit PSP

Often when I shut down PSP by File> Exit the "desktop" shut down but PSP is still active and i get a message as in my image down.
I have to right click on the taskbar and open task manager to shut down PSP and the message.
Before that i try to shut down the message by clicking close and even the red cross upper right.
I have also tried with " do not show again.
What is the problem causing this ?

My immidiate guess would be faulty code in the message file. If you delete the messages folder for PSP this should go away.....at least until it re-downloads itself.
