Need to select thumbnail for rendered file
Never run into this, have a finicky client. When we render a project as a video file, in this case an mp4, I need to change/select the thumbnail of the created file. I typically would do this when uploading to Vimeo, but this time I need to do it to the actual file. Is this even possible?

Can you just clarify exactly where you want to see this changed thumbnail - I have a feeling you mean within Windows Explorer/my computer and not within VideoStudio.

Re: Need to select thumbnail for rendered file
I suspect that is not possible. It is certainly not a function that Video Studio can control. And I confess I have never understood how Windows chooses what to show in the thumbnail. I have various videos which start with a couple of seconds of black. In fact I make them that way since I found that videos without a colour or black lead-in would jump a bit. But in Windows Explorer, the thumbnail rarely if ever shows the black, but chooses a frame with some video in it, even in a transition from the black to the video. But I have no means of controlling that choice. Moreover, selecting that thumbnail in Windows Explorer and opening its properties box does not give the option of changing the icon/thumbnail as it does for static objects or programs.
